    Windows has just recovered from unexpected shut down! logs off N on


    for the past 4 days, my 2 year old HP pc has been having issues, the problem is

    when i start my pc and enter password, it would turn in to blue screen for 30 seconds and than lgoes back to the ENTER PASSWORD window, I do that and screen turns blue and back to enter password, on the 2nd or 3rd time, it would ask my if I want to safe or normal mode, I choose normal and enter password and then it would say WINDOWS HAS JUST RECOVERED FROM UNEXPECTED SHUT DOWN, it would list the problem detail and it shows this

    Hello there!

    If you're able to go into Safe mode go to C:\Windows\Minidump\ and upload us the files you find there. That will help us determine what is causing the crashes.
