During intentional shutdown, Windows "recovers" and turns back on.

This happens even when turning off all programs, browsers etc; and shutting down completley normally. For some reason Windows thinks it BlueScreened. This happens completley randomly, and some days it will do this, and sometimes not. The only new drivers I've gotten recently are Creative Headset drivers, but I don't think that is the problem. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
