During intentional shutdown, Windows "recovers" and turns back on.

Hello, recently when shutting down my PC normally from the start menu, it will stay in the "shutting down" screen for about 5 minutes, then it will boot back up with the "Windows has recovered from an unexcpected shutdown" notification.
    Here are the problem details.

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033
    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 9f
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA80077646C0
    BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C518
    BCP4: FFFFFA800857BA10
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\080612-19047-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-49967-0.sysdata.xml

This happens even when turning off all programs, browsers etc; and shutting down completley normally. For some reason Windows thinks it BlueScreened. This happens completley randomly, and some days it will do this, and sometimes not. The only new drivers I've gotten recently are Creative Headset drivers, but I don't think that is the problem. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. :)
