BSODs, error code 0x0000001e - random crashes but ok in safe mode

    Hello,
I'm randomly getting BSOD when my computer is not in safe mode. The last one I got I was able to get the error code and a mini dump file. Since I am not proficient in reading the logs, can someone give me a hand?

    thanks in advance

Fill out your system specs. Click the link in my signature to do it. Also, follow the BSOD posing instructions so we have access to everything we need to help you.

Your minidump suggests there's a conflict between two devices - your Creative webcam and your Realtek USB mass storage device. I would update both of those drivers.

Have you reinstalled Windows, or is this the stock Dell installation? If you reinstalled, where did you get the drivers?

Dell - it is the kids computer, so who knows what they did. I tried to find a driver on dells sight with no luck. I also just noticed that Win64/patched.B.gen trojan is running, so I may end up reinstalling because of this (not to mention it would remove all the garbage installed on there).

thank you again for your help

I'm not a big believer in removing a virus. If I find one, I back up everything and reinstall - I prefer to nuke the sucker! If you decide to attempt to remove the virus, let us know.
