BSOD when logged on as Administrator, STOP: 0x0000001E

    Really need your help.

My HP laptop keep crashing and we get the blue screen whenever we log on in Administrator accounts. When I log on as Guest it doesn't crash. The BSOD starting happening after one of my friends used my browser.

I've attached the SevenForums zip file

    Thank You!

What did your friend do? What websites did he visit? Did he download anything?

Can you boot into safe mode as an administrator? If so, I would create a new account with administrator rights, then log in as the new administrator to see if the BSODs continue. I would also do a complete virus scan while in safe mode, because my first thought is that your friend got your system infected.

I have done full system scans using Norton several times. The first few times it found items of risk but lately it has not found anything and I'm still getting the BSOD. I created another administrator account after your advice, which I am currently using. No BSODs so far. How do I make sure the problem is solved? Should I delete the other acounts?
