So i got a Acer m3910 and even with the software(win7 Home Pre x64) that came with the vendor it would give me bluescreen and re-installed a new copy of windows 7 (ultimate x64) and it dint fix it, so my problem seems to be arround when i browse, i had google chrome witch gave me alot a bsod randomly but the same error, so i changed to mozilla and it decreased the chance of bsod but still take a look a responde, the error is this one :

    BCP2: 0000000000000000
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\080812-21465-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-31059-0.sysdata.xml

Where did you get the new copy of Win7 Ultimate? How is it activated?

You know you own the copy which comes with the Acer for the life of the PC, to reinstall as often as you please in the way which you choose. It is a waste of $100+ value of the OS to not use the Product Key on the COA. It also has nothing to do with the crashes you're experiencing which version you are running.

So let's start by helping you get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - everything is in the link. Pay special attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 which is much different from XP, and stick closely with the Best Practices which are in the tutorial so we know you have a baseline perfect reinstall.

Then if problems persist post back and we will help you with the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
