    my video card's temp is 97°C !!!

    Check the gfx card, Is the fan working on the gfx card? Any dust on it?

    it's a Gforce 8400 GS ...
    it does not have a fan !

    I would suggest that you use it in a cool room with air condidtioning. There are other ways to keep it cool. Some of these may help
