    Random BSOD 9f Driver_Power_State_Failure

I recently re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit. I installed all of the latest drivers I could find and am now getting random Blue Screens with a BCC Code of 9f and a message of driver_power_state_failure. It has happened a couple times overnight when no one was on the computer and it happened this morning while Origin was applying and update.

I have attached the files from this mornings crash.

The cause is Asus Charger Driver (AiCharger.sys), an utility that charges your iPhone/iPod/iPad through USB ports. It should either be removed or updated.

Thanks for your help. I updated the BIOS from 1203 to 2002 and unistalled the old ASUS AI Charger. I downloaded the latest version of ASUS AI Charger (V1.02.01) from the ASUS download site and installed it. I got 2 more BSOD with the same signature within less than 24 hours. I called ASUS technical support twice and got no help at all so I uninstalled the product. My system has run clean for 3 days now.
