BSOD trying to load Tribes:Ascend

Hi, I just got Tribes:Ascend from Steam and whenever I try to load it up, I'll get just about to finish loading then it would give me a BSOD and restart. I really want to play Tribes so if anyone could help me, my specs are: (Ignore the temps unless you need to)

I tried to download the diagnostic tool but whenever I try it says it had a problem and needs to close. So I can't. I wish I could but is there a way you can help anyways?
