Best to test the graphics card just to be sure.
Post a full BSOD files report if you get any more crashes.
I still have no idea why my computer isn't making minidumps. It would be great if I could figure this out since it could lead to fixing the issue causing blue screens.
Make sure your Page File is set to 'Automatically manage paging file size for all drives' this should be checked.

9. To Turn On Automatic Virtual Memory Management for All Drives
Did you test your graphics card with Furmark?
What nVidia driver are you using?
Did you try to load an older or newer driver as mentioned in post #14?
If you are still having the same issues you need to install an older graphics driver and see if it is stable.
Older nVidia graphics drivers
I tested my graphics card with furmark and the temperature stayed stable and didn't go very high. I'm currently using the latest driver for the GTX 670 and I did try loading an older and newer driver. Automatic Virtual Memory Management for All Drives is turned on also. My windows boot is also sluggish sometimes when loading my desktop and when on the "Starting Windows" screen. From what I've been googling it seems like this could be a driver issue which might be related to the blue screens. I also saw a new blue screen yesterday "REFERENCE_BY_POINTER" which I'd never gotten before. I've also got some new RAM headed my way so we'll see what happens when I start using it. Thanks again for your help.
What was the GPU temp during Furmark?
Always post details when testing.
Use Core Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.STOP 0x00000018: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER
Usual causes: Device driver, kernel, hardware
Cause
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object. Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object, the driver calls a kernel routine to increase the reference count of the object by one. When the driver is done with the pointer, the driver calls another kernel routine to decrease the reference count by one.
Drivers must match calls to the routines that increase (reference) and decrease (dereference) the reference count. This bug check is caused by an inconsistency in the object’s reference count. Typically, the inconsistency is caused by a driver that decreases the reference count of an object too many times, making extra calls that dereference the object. This bug check can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still open handles to the object. It might also occur when the object’s reference count drops below zero, whether or not there are open handles to the object.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.
Let's test your hard drives.
HGST (Hitachi) Drive Fitness Test
D/L and run the HGST Drive Fitness Test
D/L and run Western Digital Lifeguard – Quick Test and Extended Test
Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.
Look for the 'Mini Dump' folder in your OS C: \Minidump and also look for C: Windows\Minidump.
How much free space do you have in you OS 'C' partition?
Look in Disk Management for the info.

I have 317 GB free in my OS partition. The minidump folder exists there's just nothing in it. I attached the picture of the CPU-Z and CoreTemp(while idle) info. I'm downloading Drive Fitness Test and the Digital Lifeguard now. I'll post the results from those and my CPU temp while under load in a second.

The idle temps look good.
Can you post the CPUZ SPD tabs for all populated Slots?
This has the manufacturers recommended settings.
There seven newer BIOS versions listed after the one you are using.

Update your BIOS to version 17.18, use MFlash: MSI - How to flash the BIOS

The GPU temp during furmark was 72 highest. I don't have much time right now so I'll flash my BIOS when I get back. I ran the Western Digital HDD test and my HDD passed.
Which Western Digital HDD test?
Quick Test or Extended Test?
Always post all the details when testing.
