i did most of the things you asked, except scanning for bad sectors of hard drives, will do today, my computer is running stable, i think it was avira, but i did have 1 bsod today, while playing skrim elder scrolls, i think it may have a bad file or may be related to the bad sector thing, i did copy it of my friends hard drive so it may not have registry files or have corrupted file( copied several time from hard drive to portable hard drive, then my disk c them to disk D), i won't play it until i get the rest of the stuff done, attached bsod file. also i looked up the stuff like super charger, etc. they are MSI soft ware(my laptop is MSI), super charger is for faster phone charging others for other stuff like that. thanks for your help

    Caused by: igdkmd64.sys
    Source | igdkmd64.sys | Intel Graphics driver

Try re-installing the drivers for your Intel Graphics or see if there are newer ones.
    Code:
    7: kd> lmvm igdkmd64
    start end module name
    fffff880`10209000 fffff880`1101c660 igdkmd64 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd64.sys

Also run the System File Checker for checking the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and
replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You might have to change the VGA settings from the BIOS
