you don't have to do it through the bios, one of the programs you asked about does it. i think the bsod's have being fixed, intel website said i have a old version of the driver

I personally don't use any program, always download from the manufacturers website. So I'm kinda noob when it comes to the programs.
What makes you say the BSoD problems are solved? :) Keep it under observation for a week or so.

Needs to be enabled for 36 hours, give me all the dumps you get with it enabled.

yep, got 3 files here, it was microsoft security essentials
Did you enable driver verifier at all?
One of the dumps show the cause as your on board graphics again
Were you able to switch to your graphic card from BIOS?
What's the age of your computers hardware?
