0xF4, 0x7B, 0x7A BSOD with new SSD, leaning towards motherboard?

I received my new Samsung 830 Series 128GB SSD yesterday and mostly set up everything, experiencing blue screens along the way...

I'll start with some previous problems that I think are contributing to these errors. I built this computer a little over a year ago. Shortly after I noticed my DVD drive bringing up atapi errors in the event viewer and eventually not showing up at all after being on for a while, which was mostly OK because I was barely using it, and usually a restart it would show up. Later, I started getting errors with my wireless card I had installed into the PCI slot; it would drop connection and the device would "fail to start." I began speculating that it was my motherboard. I tried using a Wireless USB adapter, and that has worked fine, only needed to hold over until I moved (able to use Ethernet now).

Probably around 2-3 months ago, I have started experiencing freezes on my 1TB (Samsung F3 Spinpoint) where the disk activity would reach 100% and any program that I clicked on would also freeze, but programs that didn't need to read/write worked fine (Mumble/ventrilo) as it was freezing. Freezing would occur most successfully when I was downloading something. Other times it was seemingly random. In the event viewer there are TONS of errors regarding atapi and the IdePort (the device controller, Driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort#) that the main drive is on. I've tried updating the intel chipset drivers and many other things. I tried changing to every other port, swapping out cables, and using my smaller drive with windows on it to see if the IdePort errors would follow, they did. I ran HD Tune to see if my drive was going bad, SeaTools, etc. and all look just fine. I bought an SSD because I was interested in trying it out and to see if maybe a new install with a new drive could help.

I haven't seen the mass amount of atapi errors following it, but something similar but not too often. I have seen an atapi 9 (I believe) error regarding IoStor pointing to the ideport, but no long freezes. I am now getting BSOD's regarding page filing and stuff regarding device controllers, etc. that I believe could be the cause of a bad motherboard.

With some variations to the parameters and maybe a 7B STOP as well, dont have teh full pictures with my phone.

I've had my page file set to 512mb on my SSD, have had it set to system manage on my 1TB and SSD, and I have also tried changing the set size and now have just left it at letting the system automatically manage.

The last 2 times I have tried to do Windows Update, while downloading/installing it has given blue screens. While having a video paused and open in Media Player Classic, had a youtube video going and it blue screened after everything was slowed down to a crawl (really slowed down audio, etc..)

Most errors I keep seeing and what I have researched always mention device controllers or disk not being able to read or write during a certain time (device controllers bad?)
