BSOD 0x0000009f trying to determine cause

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me here please - im trying to determine the cause of a BSOD that seems to happen in the middle of the night - its been going on for a while - and i cant seem to trace the cause. I initially did think that it might be the graphics card - but on installig BlueScreenView - its pointing to ntoskrnl.exe.
I have uploaded the minidump file if anyone would be good enough to have a look at this for me please.
