I don't think its anything to worry about - it looks like a sort of "blocklist" inserted into the HOSTS file by Spybot Search & Destroy

Code:
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#    127.0.0.1       localhost
#    ::1             localhost
# Start of entries inserted by Spybot - Search & Destroy

Seemingly Random BSOD
Hello, I've been dealing with with BSOD for sometime now(came out of nowhere). I now know that my earlier BSOD were most likely caused because of my GPU drivers so I've done a clean install of the current driver version but I'm still getting BSOD at random.

BSOD at seemingly random times, memory dump blaming random drivers
I've been plagued by odd problems since making this custom build about a month ago, but the latest is the increasing frequency of BSODs. They never occur at load (gaming with high end specs), but often occur at shutdown (forcing a restart before I can then actually shut down). I normally boot into...

Hey, So I bought my Lenovo Ideapad Y580 back in December 2012. It was fine for the first month but around mid January I started to get these random BSODs, they would happen when I played Civilization V, and also on start-up right before the Windows loading screen would appear. I initially...

BSOD - seemingly random
I have been bluescreening 1-2 times a day over the passed couple days, and there's no particular thing I can do that seems to make it happen. I have attached all the necessary files. Also, here are some specs: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Full retail version All hardware is just over a year old,...

BSOD, seemingly random
Hey guys, been having some issues with my machine as of late. I'll have times when I can use it for hours, leave it and come back to find it has restarted after a BSOD. At first the errors seem to be memory related, but all 3 sticks pass memtest without issue. I'm at a loss as to what could be the...
