BSOD every single day : memory_management STOP :0x0000001A

When I'm browsing internet or playing games boom BSOD it happens diffrent times and I don't know what causes it!
Once i didn't start anygame browsed internet and then after 7 hours i got a BSOD ( i was browsing with internet explore )
I play league of legends 2 hours *boom* BSOD
I'm stuck with this BSOD chasing me everywhere i go i did fresh install OS : windows 7 ultimate 64-bit, and i still get this BSOD...
Custom build rig wich im starting to think i broke something in the proccess when installing parts. Btw im getting this BSOD over 1 year and now I'm sick of it someone help me....
