First of Kernalbase.dll is used for compatability purpose for older programs in windows 7 ... prior to Win 7 all call to ntdll.dll was done by Kernal32.dll. Kernelbase.dll was added to make calls to directly to ntdll.dll....
Next try SFC -SCANNOW Command
to check for System file damage. You may need to run this several times
Secondly .... the BSOD dumps are referring to a driver
issue... specifically the Atheros Wifi dirver.... Please update it from here
It's better to update bios and other drivers
as well after doing the above..... You have updates for your system..
Also do windows update as well... i can see lots of Cdrom errors... could be a scratched disk , or try checking the cable or the power to this cdrom.... or if you did an upgrade from a older version of windows to Win 7 there there are hotfixes for that as well.. try doing an windows update..
Do these and let me know how this goes..
