Windows 7: Multiple BSOD MEMORY_MANGEMENT 0x0000001a

Hey everyone this is my first post and bare with me because I am a complete noob when it comes to handling BSOD. So with that being said, I am on with the topic at hand. Recently I have been getting random BSOD some say MANAGEMENT, other say NON DEFAULT, BAD_POOL_HEADER, maybe some others but the BSOD is to fast for me to read exactly what it says. I been doing my research on how exlactly I can even first look at this mini dumps found a program call (BlueScreenView) When look around i can see all id the dumps there but am seeing the the main culprit is a ntoskrnl.exe. Now I am guessing this Because it was shown alot now i need help. People have said to run memory checks, your ram sticks are going bad, restore your computer, but honestly I want to make sure first on what to do because again I am clueless... Take a look on my files here and help me out

1) what are the step to find the problem
2) how to fix it
3)how to prevent it

Usual causes: Device driver, Memory, Kernel (from BSOD Index)

Try this tutorial - RAM - Test with Memtest86+

VIDEO_TDR_ERROR 0x00000116

Usual causes: Video driver, Overheating, Bad Video Card, BIOS, Power To Card (from BSOD Index)

Have you over clocked the graphics card? The graphics card receiving sufficient cooling?

igdkmd64.sys was referenced which is a Intel Graphics Driver, have you installed the latest drivers?

Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000D1

Usual causes: Device Driver

tcpip.sys was referenced which is a Microsoft TCP/IP Driver (networking related).

The driver is from Windows Update.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

thanks for the quick reply but i never over clocked the graphics card in any way nor did i ever changed the video card. For the memory i just now bought some new ram to see if that will fix it. As for driver update after the first post 4 weeks back I ran driver genius and the blue screening stopped until recently it had started again. Today not sure why
but I am going to upload the new crash dumps and i am going to try what you have recommended.

Possible Causes - Device Driver, System Service, Graphics Driver, Memory and Excessive Paged Pool

Probably caused by file: ntkrnlmp.exe (Kernel/System via Windows Update)

Run the Memory Test as suggested, and has the Device Manager provided any information about the drivers installed?

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (C4)

Probably caused by the file: kmxfile.sys (CA Hips File Guard) do have any applications or drivers related to this?

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1A)

Run the Memory test, and you seem to be getting quite a few BSOD's related to memory.
