    Hi Lewie

the lastest dmp all point to again the processor.... Bugcheck 124 is a hardware error.....

I did some check on AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 850 Processor and it doesn't seem to have any cores disabled.... as all 4 are on by the manufacturer.... so the possibility of finding the core unlock enabled in bios is slim....

But in any case do check... Go to bios > Advanced > CPU configuration > Advanced Clock calibration ... this is disabled by default.. but if its set to any other value... then its enabled the Active CPU cores (Auto by default)..... check these and let me know...

Also your bios has updates ... Version 1202 ( your current version is 1003.).... Please update it and let me know ..this is a stability fix.....

I checked the Advanced Clock calibration and it was set to default. I updated my BIOS to 1202 and when booting checked it again and it is still set to default. Should I leave it as default?

Yes. It only happens when running certain games and such but not with everything.

Any idea why it would do that?

Yes Lewie... all 3 bsod still does show it as a BugCheck 124 .....processor errors specifically related to Bus error.... a bad L2 cache...

Now as far as i understand this is a problem with processor or motherboard either caused by heating or manufacturing (not sure)... in which case if your system is under warranty get it replaced...or get it checked by the shop.
