Getting random reboots without BSOD (Win7 x64)

I've been getting random reboots and I have no idea why this is happening. It just restarts without getting a BSOD or any other error message.

Today, it rebooted at 5:07 AM and at 12:47 PM. At both of these times, I wasn't using the computer, it was just sitting there.

At 5:07 AM notable open apps were: Chrome, VMWare Workstation (1 VM), Eclipse, Android emulator.

At 12:47 PM notable open apps were: Eclipse, Android emulator.

I've attached the diagnostic data but here are some relevant system events:

    Hello gfaraj,

You can start troubleshooting by perform clean boot and see if the reboot still happen.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Also make sure that your system configuration is able to create dump file.
