BSOD on fresh install - possibly driver related

I began having troubles with my computer about 2 months ago with BSODs relating to memory such as MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, and PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, primarily when I'm playing video games like Skyrim and League of Legends. I cleaned out the dust in my system and reseated the RAM and checked my cables. My computer ran fine for 1.5 months. About two weeks ago, BSODs resurfaced. When BSODs occur, I am unable to restart my computer for ~15 minutes. The fan and lights would turn on, but my screen would remain black.

I decided to reinstall Windows completely. I ran several stress tests such as prime95 and checked my memory with memtest86+. No errors occurred. I also ran chkdsk and didn't find anything significant. My temperature is quite low so I do not believe it is a factor with overheating. I tried to run driver verifier, but once I turned it on, I was unable to boot to Windows and had to restore to an earlier point.

My system specs:
AMD Phenom II x4 965 - 3.4gHz
Kingston HyperX Blu RAM - 2 x 2GB - DDR3 1600 (currently running on 1333)
Asrock Extreme 3 870 motherboard
OCZ Fatality 550W PSU
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 460 GPU
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB

My USB devices:
Logitech G700 mouse
Razer BlackWidow keyboard
TP-Link WN722N wireless adapter

There was only one minidump included in the zip file which pointed at the "AMD USB Filter Driver" as the cause for the BSOD, check if there's a newer version available.

Thank you for your help so far. I have updated the Nvidia drivers to 301.42. As to the usbfilter, I am unsure if I correctly updated it. I updated to the latest AMD chipset drivers found here:AMD Chipset Drivers

I also updated my motherboard drivers from here: ASRock > Products > 870 Extreme3

I am currently running driver verifier without any error. Will keep you guys updated if something occurs. I do have a quick question though. In my Device Manager, I see an error for 'Ethernet Controller' and 'Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller'. I would've assumed updating my drivers for my chipset/motherboard to have solved these problems. What can I do to install the drivers for these two components?

I just got a BSOD from usbstor.sys while Driver Verifier was running.

Updated NEC USB 3.0 drivers but was unable to successfully update the LAN driver.

After not getting a BSOD on approx ~8 hours of runtime, I got a 0x0a irql_not_less_or_equal error while playing League of Legends. Thank you for your assistance.

Is it the AMD all in 1 driver ver:8.71_WHQL? I tried updating it but it said the AMD USB filter was already up to date.

Had a BSOD after updating to the latest chipset drivers. Page fault in a non page error. Attached are dumps for the latest BSOD.

Before the BSOD, I encountered an instance where my screen froze, the colors on screen started spazzing out and particles were displaced. The sound also became a bzzz sound. There was no BSOD for that instance and I had to restart. Upon restart, there were no minidumps.

This occurred after updating to version 8.71, the supposed latest drivers. Is there a way to uninstall usbfilter completely or a more updated version elsewhere?

EDIT: Had another BSOD and updated the attachment with the latest dumps
