I don't think the xperf logs will help with the instalock, but they can help with the small hiccups.
Looks like the hiccups are caused by a process called FlashPlayerPlugin_11_4_402_287.exe. The name is pretty self-explanatory. You may wanna look at uninstalling Adobe Flash completely and installing a new fresh copy of it. Verify that the hiccups are not occurring when Adobe is uninstalled. Make sure the process is actually gone by checking Task Manager.
As for what's actually holding up Flash, it appears to be always involving network activity of any kind. Whatever Flash is doing that involves your network, it's getting held up pretty bad by it. Perhaps a problem with your network drivers too?
