Please stop overclocking and let's see if the problem goes away.

My CPU is currently not overclocked. Everything is running at stock speeds besides the GPU. However the problem started before I replaced my old GPU with this one which means that it shouldn't be the problem at least. All my temperatures are at normal when idle and when in performance and I have never gotten an error while playing games.

The motherboard program drivers could have been the only problem though since my PC, now that I think about it, would shut down at around 3:00am when the program updates that were scheduled at that time would occur. The Gdrv.sys driver also said that the date modified was at around 3:00 which means that was when the driver was used and the BSOD happened.
If it doesn't happen in the next hour I will mark this as solved.
I highly appreciate the help.

Jacob,
Then I assume that you've visited this site to make sure that your chipset driver and other drivers are current:
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3+ - GA-970A-UD3 (rev. 1.x)

I did use AMD overdrive to experiment with a temporary profile but it went back to stock after a reset.
I did check to get the latest BIOS but I did not check for the latest drivers on the website for those programs . I was using the ones on the CD. I'd say the update manager that was scheduled at 3am every night had conflicts.

Checking the drivers at that site would be a wise idea.
Your bios is current.

I am going to mark this as solved assuming that the driver that I deleted earlier was causing the problem.
Thank you for the help
