BSOD Reinstall of Windows - possibly USB 3.0

I had to reinstall windows 7 x 64 today because of a hard drive issue, now i'm getting a BSOD for irql_not_less_or_equal

it seems to happen when i'm copying files off my WD 3 TB External hard drive, but it may just be coincidence.

Thank you for your help

Sorry for my delay in updating this - I have brought it to a local repair place and the tech says it's a bad motherboard.

Thanks for your assistance!
