A possible RAM problem is being pointed out, run Memtest86+
Remove Avast, it was involved in some crashes

tried to run the memtest86 one time but didn't find any problems, are gonna do a new test tonight.
I did find out that the temperature on the cpu and on the laptop temperature when i started the machine after the bluescreen was around 70-80 degrees
    can this be a problem?

btw the first bluescreen problem was when i logged on to the computer and tried to connect to the internet, i installed avast after this.

    Do at least 7 Passes.

After just a cold start? Something is wrong here, it should never reach such temperatures under normal operating conditions. Ensure that nothing (dust/animal hair) blocks the air vents/exhaust fan of the laptop.
The thermal paste on the CPU may also be inadequately placed but the fact that its a new laptop makes this improbable but I'll still recommend to check that possibility.

not after a cold start no, the computer did go into a bluescreen. so i restarted it and checked the temperature with cpuid, and that was the result.
I also tried to run a 3d mark11 test and watched carefully at the temperature, the peak was around 79C degrees. and normally it runs at 54C degrees.
