    Startup BSOD error WER-60356-0.sysdata.xml

    Hey Guys,

I'm trying to help my girl who is cross country with an issue she's having with her laptop. Every time she starts it up normally it will boot normally, display the windows logo splash, and initiate windows. Her desktop will load up and will begin to propogate. About 20-30 secs in, she'll get the BSOD.

Unfortunately, since the laptop is not in my possession, I can't get the crash report; however, before the BSOD, the comp displays:

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\062812-27300-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Phil\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-60075-0.sysdata.xml

Her computer still boots up normally in Safe Mode and I had her install and run the SF diagnosis, which I've attached to the post. (I hope she ran all the tests correctly).

Any help you guys can offer would be much appreciated.

for further clarification, my girlfriend says she downloaded PDFlite on 8/13/2012 and her computer ceased functioning on 8/14/2012.
