BSOD randomly, not sure of cause

Been getting random BSODs lately, on top of frequent Firefox crashes. Not sure of the source. Diagnostic zip attached.

Seems like the crashes are random it could be Memory related. Please run Hardware Diagnostic (RAM and hard Drive) Hardware Diagnostic | Captain Debugger
