BSOD playing Counter Strike GO, BCCode 116

Hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to help me out.
I just updated my BIOS, my audio drivers, my chipset drivers and my GPU drivers. I have no problem playing games in general, but with Counter Strike Go, I always get BSODs. After a certain amount of time, the screen will go completly green or blue or pink (it's kind of random) and the sound will loop very fast at infinite (kind of buzzing sound or glitching noise). I need to restart the computer since everything is frozen.

At restart I get this message : "Windows as recovered from an unexpected shutdown, problem event name : Bluescreen, etc..."

So I followed the procedure and you will find all the infos in the .zip file uploaded.

I don't have any problems with other modern games, it only seem to happen in counter strike go. I suspect it's GPU related, but I monitored the temperature with GPU-Z and nothing special happen in the log before the crash.

Thank you and sorry for my bad english.

Update your nVidia driver : Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Update your camera driver : Download ManyCam free webcam effects software

At the same time, check your hardware for errors .

Thanks for your inputs ! My video card drivers is already up to date ( I even tried the new beta one with clean install ).
My camera is now updated, but the game still crash.

I'll run the 3 diagnostics you suggested, I'll keep you informed.

Can you post another BSOD, after upgradation of the camera ?

It will help us to compare what is causing the further crashes .

It's always the nvidia video drivers that cause the crash, I checked the minidumps myself each time.
I found that if I disable antialiasing ingame, I don't have any BSOD.

Looks like there's a conflict with the AA ingame and my video card.

I guess my problem is solved, but it's weird.
