I see I've asked you, but I don't see a response if you've updated them or not.
I did update them. I'm running the latest version. Also, the BSOD's started before I installed the new graphics card
Dagum! I don't know of anything else to do! The only thing I can suggest is a Repair Install or let an expert come by and see if they can help you. Sorry.

Ok, is there a tutorial I can use for this? Because I don't have an discs...just the Windows 7 product key.
Also, how would a clean install differ from a repair install? And is it possible this is a hardware issue?
A clean reinstall completely erases everything on your computer. If you get BSOD's after this, then it IS a hardware problem. Here is a tutorial Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 It addresses your no DVD problem.
