BSOD rendering on vegas pro 11, error 0x00000124

After few minutes of rendering I get a blue screen. Here are is what I get in my dmp file:

You have only given us one BSOD report, which is not enough for a definitive answer. Your report indicates Bugcode 124, hardware

I just fixed my problem by disabling overclocking in bios.
So my cpu speed is back to 3.1Ghz.
