    BSOD twice this morning

One of my users, had a BSOD twice this morning, within an hour. Says she only had Outlook, IE, Excel, and an accounting program open both times. She did not write down the error message. So all I have is the Zip file created from the SF Diag tool. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a hardware failure. intelppm.sys

Your intel processor fails. Download the processor driver utility from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Norton is also causing problems there - teefer2.sys . I would suggest you to get rid of Norton, and to use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows .

It is highly recommended that you get rid of norton firewall, out of your 14 dumps , 12 indicated to symantec .

Thx for the quick response, will update the Intel driver. Have no choice on Norton, its part of the SEP, but I know there is an update for SEP that can be applied.
