    Random Freezes / BSOD

Hello, I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong? But I'm new to the forums (obviously) and don't know where to start.

I've owned the laptop since February and It worked wonders at first. All i bought it for was World of Warcraft, and it worked perfectly. I downloaded programs here and there, got torrents for cracked games, blah blah blah, typical things a semi-computerliterate person does, and it started messing up. It never froze though. Then out of the blue it started randomly bluescreening. So i did a system restore, wiped the hard-drive with the help of a computer tech friend, and nothing worked. I, as with thousands of other helpless users, have been searching the forums for similar problems hoping that their solution matched my own, but alas, it has not. (again, obviously).

I've ran memtest86 and it came up with nothing. I've ran a hard-drive diagnostic and it had nothing. But i've read that that doesn't necessarily mean nothing is wrong?

    But here's my specs:

    Acer Aspire 5742
    Windows 7 ultimate (64 bit)
    Intel i3 M370
    4gb ram

And I don't know the rest.
If there is more info you need to know, I'll do my best to get it.

And I can fix HARDWARE, but when it comes to software I'm a lost bunny.

Can you please help? I'm fiending without being able to play WoW with my wife

    Thank you,

    Aaron Haworth.

Oh, And I forgot to add: It freezes mostly when I play WoW. Bluescreens also while playing but it bluescreens while doing anything else (but much less often). And it also freezes if i dont move my mouse for even a minute.
