Tested each stick individually for 6 passes. No errors. Tested all 4 sticks at once for 8 passes. No errors. What now? >.<

I read over the entire thread, again, before making a suggestion. I think that we rushed over the clean boot. You said that you could use the computer in clean boot with no problem. Try clean boot again, use it a long time before assuming that the computer works. Then very, very slowly put the services back. Before putting the next service in, be sure you get no BSODs, use the computer for a long time. Be certain that there are not BSODs, before putting the next service back. If you are certain that there are not BSODs in clean boot, this has to work.

What would be your recommended time period to use the computer without a BSOD? When using it without clean boot, the longest I went without a BSOD was 20 hours.

Also should I have driver verifier on or off?

Verifier off.
Its not the amount of time but the amount of use. Only you know how long you used the computer before BSOD. Use it more than that with each step of clean boot.
The most important step is to be sure as soon as you go into clean boot it does not BSOD. If it does not we are sure, it is one of those services that is the cause of the problem.

Ding ding ding, we have a winner. BSOD within 20 minutes of clean boot.

I did not look at it yet, but its not a winner its a loser. We dont want a BSOD in clean boot. We want to be able to put the drivers back and then get bsod, to find out which one cause the problems.

My graphics drivers weren't even running...

They are also the most up to date ones.

EDIT: Are you sure a clean install of windows 7 wouldn't fix this? I really don't see any reasons for these problems other than a bad install of win7 or a hardware issue.

I am reluctant to suggest a reinstall, as I use that when all else fails. If you want to go that route, it should fix the problem unless its hardware related.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled

I have bolded the cause of your last BSOD, its generally related to a Nvidea graphics issue.

If you work in safe mode, its probably not hardware.

I'm confused though. I was in a clean boot. Every driver other than Microsofts were not enabled. I was running off of integrated graphics. How could an NVIDIA driver have caused the issue?

If I do a clean install and still have problems after. Which would be the most likely cause? The motherboard?
