Windows 7: BSOD Error playing Just Cause 2 - error 0x0000007e

Was wondering if you could help. I've just installed Just Cause 2 from steam on my PC. The PC has had a fresh Win 7 x64 Ultimate Build, was about 5 mins into game play and the above BSOD error appeared.

I have enclosed the zip file with all attachments required.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more details, let me know
