Completed all requested steps, also ensured version 1.0.0.96 (1/2011) was installed after uninstalling other versions. Same issue, This device cannot start. (Code 10)

BIOS Settings
USB 3.0 Controler - Enabled
USB 3.0 Legacy Support - Disabled

There are no devices plugged into the 3.0 ports, only a few devices (external HDD, Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard) plugged into 2.0 ports.

Uninstalled the old version, installed 0.101. It immediately put up a BSOD, did a CHKDSK, and then rebooted. Strange part is after the reboot I don't see any components with issues (no failed to start messages)... but I also don't see a 3.0 Controller in device manager. It all looks normal, its just not there.

I will let you know if it locks up again over the next hour.

PC locks after 2 minutes
I don't know why but my computer keeps locking after two minutes of being idle. It goes straight to the logon screen and says locked. I've checked power settings but no luck. It just keeps doing it. Any ideas what is happening? It's driving me nuts.

Win7 Ultimate x64 reboots while idle after 16 minutes
I have a weird problem where my Windows 7 reboots after being idle for 16 minutes and a few seconds. It's always at the same point, I have timed it a few times. There is no BSOD, it just reboots like someone pressing the reset button of the computer. However, if I uncheck the "automatically...
