Brand new PC, Lots of new BSOD's. Stuck completely, baffled.

Okay so here's the deal. About three weeks ago I bought and built a brand new PC, and I've been having troubles with it ever since. The construction of the PC was fine, with no errors and hardware issues, but since installing Windows I've had lots and lots of BSOD's and I have NO idea how to solve any of them. I've tried microsoft's hotfixes, but they're incompatible with Professional SP1. Usually, I blue screen randomly and without warning, usually when booting up games or just watching youtube. I've heard from other similar reports that the RAM might be an issue, but I want to know for sure before I go out and replace it.

    Here are my specs:
Intel Core i5 3570k 3.4 GHZ stock clock
    Asus N53 PCE Wireless Adapter
    GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard
    RIPJAWS G.Skill 8GB DDR3 12800
    CORSAIR 750W PSU
    Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 HDD
    GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 670 2GB
    ASUS DVD drive
Windows 7 Professional XP1 installed from disk

Attachment 228435 Here are the attached diagnostic files.

Welcome & sorry for the late response

Many of your dumps show memory as a problem. Lets start with running memtest86+ on each stick for 8 passes preferably overnight RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Post back results
