Windows 7 64-Bit ntoskrnl.exe BSOD when trying to sleep

I have a Toshiba A300 that I upgraded from Vista 32-bit system to Windows 7 64-bit over a year ago. I've had a few BSOD's here & there but nothing all the time til recently. Everything works fine except when the computer tries to go to sleep. It will sit there for 10 minutes until it times out and then the BSOD will appear and it will shut down. I have formatted my hard drive and reinstalled vista on my computer several times and then upgraded to windows 7 each time adding all the components one at a time trying to narrow down which one is screwing everything up. When I first install vista and upgrade to windows 7 the sleep function works fine but after I install all my software it glitches. I have tried installing the software and updates one at a time to figure out what it wrong but it seems that it happens at different times each time so I have been unable to figure out what is the problem. I have attached my dump files. Help is much needed and appreciated.

I just completed a full scan with Bitdefender 2013 and Malware Bytes. Nothing showed up. I don't have an hp printer. I have a canon. I had already suspected my printer driver and the last time I installed windows 7 on my computer I did not use the disc that came with my printer. I went to Canon's website and downloaded the newest windows 7 64-bit driver and the problem still occurred. Is there another way to get rid of the virus? Or other stuff I need to try? Thanks for the help.

My printer is hooked up to my wireless router. I deleted the windows.old so I just uninstalled the driver through control panel. The printer still works though but now my computer freezes up occasionally and will not time out or do anything. I have to turn it off and back on. The BSOD when entering sleep still occurs. I have attached more files. Also, just FYI my webcam doesn't work (which i'm not really concerned about). I don't think the webcam problem and the BSOD are related just wanted to be sure. How do I rename the driver? I went to device manager and found it, but the only thing I can do is uninstall it? I can't rename it.

I renamed it, restarted, check to see if it was in the sys 32 folder and it wasn't. Performed windows update which all I had was a fingerprint utility driver update that made my fingerprint scanner stop working so I'm going to restore windows back before that. My printer still reports to be online wirelessly but I haven't actually checked it and the scanner part out yet. I'm in med school and have a test tomorrow so I won't try anything else til late tomorrow morning after this test is over.

On another note, I have directions on how to restore my computer to out of box state with vista 32-bit system (I have a factory CD) and I also have directions on how to perform a clean install of windows 7 64-bit (I have it on CD as well its not an "upgrade version"). I have used these directions each time which call for me to uninstall certain software before upgrading and to use Toshiba Software Assistant to get the rest of what I need. Each time though I end up with the same problems, my webcam never works and when my monitor gets in a certain spot it triggers the USB connection and my computer tries to download a driver but it ever does (You can hear the sound like you're unplugging and plugging back in a flash drive periodically until you move the monitor out of that position). My monitor never has any trouble though so I'm unsure about the cause of that. I feel like there is something I'm leaving out each time that I should be doing. All this is to say, do you have "correct" directions on what I should do if I want to just go back to the out of box state and then upgrade to windows 7 (I plan to not install my printer driver) and have my webcam and monitor problem corrected. I assume its in the driver for my webcam but I downloaded the latest version from Toshiba and it didn't fix it. So I can only assume I've screwed something up along the way with formatting my hard drive and reinstalling vista and 7 so much.

Also, I assume I should be using the clean install directions. If not please let me know what to use. I have also attached the directions I have been using.
