BSOD Keeps Happening After Clean Install

So I was getting a lot of BSODs (one every 10 minutes once I logged in) and it was a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and I couldn't figure out which driver it was. Finally I bought a new SSD and took my old HDD out and did a clean install of Windows in hopes that the BSODs would stop. To my displeasure, they keep coming back. I have a Toshiba A505-S6975 and all of my drivers appear to be up to date according to Windows (although they all say they are from 2009). Can somebody please help me!?

    Here is some information:

    Ok leave it

Based on your BSOD dumps i can see all the errors are caused by Asus Ai charger on the usb.sys file.....

Where did you learn to use ASUS software on a Toshiba laptop ?????

Do teach me that trick !!

ASUS Ai Charger - Quick charge your iPod, iPhone and even iPad!

Its supposed to 'super charge' your computer's ability to charge devices. Is this the problem? If so, I will uninstall it ASAP.

Guy, I appreciate your help, I really do. With that being said, don't act like I'm a fool. Please go to the link I provided on what AI Charger is and please tell me what the third line down says... If I'm not mistaken I believe it says, IN BOLD LETTERS MIND YOU, "Compatible With All Motherboards and PCs." So please get your facts straight before you dole out 'superior attitude.' Again though, thank you for you help. I have uninstalled this and hopefully this will clear things up.

    Wazzup

You came to this forum for help for free.... not the other way around....

I offered my advice based on what you provided.... There is no attitude abt it neither superior nor inferior

I am least bothered if you screwup your ipod or ipad or using the Aicharger on a toshiba laptop ...

every manufacturer has a way of implementing this with their motherboard....

A suprecharger or Aicharger in your case will have to increase the voltage than the usual USB voltage...in order to charge ...if your laptop or desktop manufacturer accepts this... without voiding your warranty ... then be my guest

The choice is yours.. I have nothing else to say ...

All I was saying is that their webpage is misleading and I thought it was compatible with my machine. I very much so appreciate your help. In fact, I uninstalled the AI Charger and my computer has been up 23 hours without a bluescreen. Again, thank you very much.
