Random BSOD with no frequency of occurence

I have an HP Pavilion G4 laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

For the last 3 months I've been getting seemingly frandom BSOD's on initial boot up or even windows initially starts.

I've tried removing possible suspected drivers and reinstalling but nothing has corrected the issue.

Please find the attached zip file with the SF Diag Tool results.

Thanks So Much

Hello there!

Seems like mfeapfk.sys i.e. McAfee, Inc. - Symantec Time Stamping Services Signer - G3 is causing the system to crash. I would recommend to uninstall McAfee and use the removal tool How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)
