BSOD When Windows Starts to Load

    Hello all,
I have a bit of an issue going on with my desktop.
    It is running a Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3SH, 8 gigs DDR3, i5 3570k (no over clock currently), Windows 7 Ultimate, a 1 TB HDD and a 650 Watt PSU.

Here is the story: I built the computer, and only thing I carried over was the case and the psu. The computer was running fine with the new build, everything was fast and no issues. Then I started getting random BSOD's (I don't remember the error codes). Next, windows updates were not installing.
I did a clean install with a new HDD. Blue screens seemed to have gone away and was still trying to figure out the update issue.

Jump to today: I left my computer on for a while, it was downloading SP1 from updates. I returned home, and my computer had been restarted (BSOD I assume). My computer was trying to check my C drive for issues. Only where it says "press any key in the next X second(s)," it was frozen at one second. I manually restarted the computer and started to load windows. Right when the boot screen starts to come up the computer BSODs. I can't get into windows, and the screen is up and gone so quickly I cannot ready any of the numbers or anything. I can only tell that it's blue.

I ran memtest when I first starting having issues and it was fine. Should I run it again?

I have now disassembled the computer, and the MoBo is sitting on a cardboard box with the CPU and 1 ram stick in. I had taken all the pieces and parts out that I thought might have come lose or something, but that didn't help.

I tired a new PSU with just the MoBo and HDD running. The computer still crashed.

I'm starting to think it is the MoBO itself. It is only a few months old but maybe something happened to it.

Any suggestions on what to do next? Ways to test other options, tips?

I'm starting to lose it over here.
    Thanks,
    Raw

Oh yeah, I can't post a crash report (that I know of) because I cannot get into Windows.
