I installed something ( I don't remember anymore) and blue screen appeal:

"A problem has been detected and window has been shutown to prevent damage to computer

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is 1st time you have seen this, just restart. if this appeal again:
Check to make sure any new hard/software installed
Disable BIOS memory such as chaing/ shadowing
...
F8-. advanced starting option-> safe mode
...
technical info:
*** Stop: 0X0000000A (0X8DFD34A8,0x00000002,0x00000000, 0x82c400CB)

Colleacting data for crash dump...
Initializing disk ....
Begining dump of physical memory
Dumping .... to disk:

continue.."

I uninstalled manything that I think they are potentially damage and used avg tuneup 2012 to fix. but this is not the 1st time i get this problem sbd pls give idea. thank.
