BSOD - computer starts to hang, programs go one by one, than BSOD

Preamble (might not be related): On Tuesday night I updated world of warcraft to latest version. This involves downloading some files, and reconfiguring existing files of 20 gb install which involves extracting and repacking of the game files (takes probably at least 1 hr.) On wednesday mornign I noticed the computar has crashed, and it had a boot error - BIOS did not see my SSD hard disk. I kept resetting and it did not change. However when I powered off, and on again, it was able to see my SSD. (more on this later.).

After this computer starts normally, no errors. than after a while (random length) programs start to hang, with the cursor showing "working" icon. I cannot launch task manager or anything else. If I am having a call on Skype it stops. On the times I had World of warcraft on it actually continues to work for a while. On the first few occasions seeing that I did not wait it out and shut the computer down (using the power button). But on the last few occasions if I wait it out - which seems like a shorter time span now, I eventually end up with a BSOD. (see attachment). However as you will see on the Screenshot - it fails to create a dump. And the cycle happens again, if I just reset it will not see the SSD disk, and power off will bring it back.

    Things I have done/tried:
    - Ran Prime95 with the different tests, it runs for about an hour without errors. (I did not wait longer.)
    - I also ran CrystalDiskMark tests which looked normal. Results Attached.
    - I checked SSD life - which shows my SSD as health.
    - I ran chkdsk on both of disk one is SSD and other a WD hard disk. No errors.
    - I ran SFC /SCANNOW - no errors.
    - While I was changing settings, there was a warning about pagefile.sys not existing despite it did. So I recreated a pagefile.sys by changing setting to no pagefile and then reenabling it again. The warning is gone.
    - I changed the power and data cables of the SSD drive, and also plugged the power into another port on the PSU.
    - I enabled verifier.exe all the dumps that you will see in the attached file is a result of the BSODs that this caused. None of the crashes I had for the described problem I have above ended up producing a dump file. Occasionally I would get an error pop-up before the BSOD (it is caused by Windows Live I think).
    - There does not seem to be any error type of things on the event logs before the crash happens.

The crash even happened when I left my system at the login screen after a crash.

Every crash ends up the same (except the ones that happened when verifier was on). Computer hangs, programs start to hang one by one, then either I shut it off or it ends up with a BSOD. If it just restarts it will not see the SSD (also noticed the failing of dump creation on BSOD). If I had shut it off - it will start normally.

As the title suggests, the windows crashes slowly - first firefox will start to act slow - showing "working" cursor when I try to do something. Then it will make firefox hang alltogether. Then explorer windows will hang one by one (as I click). It seems like World of Warcraft (when it is running) ends up being last one to go with BSOD.

This is the driver that causes the problem. Using several of my refrence sources I could not find out the company involved in its production. It must be updated or the software removed. Here is some information. I am not suggestion any dowloads or purchases from this site, information only
    What is the asushwio.sys file?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the response.

Asushwio.sys crashes happened when I tried to launch Asus driver setup from the Asus Motherboard CD. It happens only when the verifier is on. The same error did not occur when verifier was disabled. They probably have some not so greatly coded installer. However this crash is not related to what I have been experiencing and it is a different issue.

However I found what my problem was. My Crucial M4 firmware was old. It has been about 9 months that I started using it and I believe this is what the problem is:

I updated my firmware and waiting for an hour to confirm. I actually tried this update as one of the first things (without knowing the actual problem it fixes), but apparently my firmware update failed because I did not put the installer on desktop - which is the place it looks for after a reboot.

Anyway. Waiting for an hour now.

The point of Verifier is to weed out bad drivers. Update that driver. You can make a system restore point to go back if necessary.
I will go by the verifier and not prior problems.
Drivers when verfier is disabled are not as accurate.
Lets test and see what happens.

Update: after an hour, the computer has not crashed.

I am trying to track an update to that particular driver, it comes with one of the asus drivers.
