BSOD problems with ATI 4670HD (atipmdag) error 0x000000d7

Hello,
while playing a game or even making something on windows, the screen become black then white then red and the bsod error appears... Please help me i don't know much on windows stuff so please help me... I've uploded all what you need to know about my system... Thank you

I have unzipped the file you have provided us with but it doesn't appear to contain a dump file.

Are you able to provide a dump file for analysis?
