Windows 7: Explorer.exe crash, exception code 0xc0000005

Explorer.exe crash, exception code 0xc0000005

Hello all,

First time poster. I've got a new install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on new hardware - a Foxconn motherboard replacing an older faulty EVGA motherboard. Since install, I've had several explorer.exe crashes, and a few bluescreens.

SFC /scannow came back clean. A basic memory test (windows internal test from boot) also came back clean. Running full disk check after posting this.
