    Hello Dominicoben

    ► You are getting a STOP 0x0000009F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE .
    Code:

I would suggest you to turn on USB selective suspense, to see if it is caused by the driver or the hardware itself.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

► If there any devices attached in the USB ports (other than keyboard and mouse), remove those and see if the situation changes.

► And, while getting windows updates, get all the updates. Your Default Hub Driver for USB is very old, compared to the other few drivers. So the chance of incompatibility is there.
    Code:
    lmvm usbhub
    start end module name

► Do you have SP1 installed?

► Finally, if there are further crashes, post them as described in Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. It will help us to help you in a better manner.
