As you were talking about ram before I thought i'd add this, i dont know if its useful:

I've downloaded BIOS files but i'm really unsure on how to make a bootable disk and how to do all stuff as it's very unclear and I'm not familiar with it at all.

Okay, I'm not familiar as well. But I'll try calling a friend who can guide you.
Were you able to get the .exe file for your BIOS?

In the meantime run: Windows Defender Offline

BSOD Bad Pool Header 0x0000019 Seems to be random
