► Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.
► Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
► Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
► Disc Check.
- Update your SSD's Firmware (Skip it, if it is not a SSD)
- Reseat the sata and power.
- Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
- Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
► Replace PSU as a test.
If all goes well ..... it will be the time for step #9 of Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
9) If all else fails, start removing items of hardware one-by-one in the hope that the culprit is something non-essential which can be removed. Obviously, this type of testing is a lot easier if you've got access to equivalent components in order to perform swaps.

Great news! 2 days of being on, gaming, movies, downloads, and heavy graphical usage and processing usage and no BSoD!!
Thanks for holding my hand through these last 3 months of frustrating problem solving. For anyone who reads through this I hope that you do not spend the amount of time and money that I did. I hope you come to a swift and painless resolution.
