Hello ctn2011 and welcome to Sevenforums.

    * As it happened after your new installation of Windows, it's worth asking -- where did you get your Windows copy from?
    * Is Windows Update fully updated?
    * What did you install just after the new Windows installation? (this includes drivers, antivirus, software)

    Problem Devices

Problem devices can be found in your Device Manager. Search Device Manager in Start, and look for . Note that if the warning sign isn't there, select View on the top of the window, and end with Show hidden devices.

    Code:
Realtek High Definition Audio HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_10438436&REV_1003\4&1DC8007C&0&0001 This device is disabled.
Any reason for disabling this? Did you notice it?

    Best Regards,
    Frederik.
