BSOD today twice

This is the first time I've ever had this happen. I'm attaching the diagnostic file. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Welcome
You mentioned that the problem happened twice, but you only gave us one report, which is usually not enough to come to a conclusion.
In your case its your AV which is very common
Make a system restore point
Use the Mcafee uninstall tool and uninstall
Use Microsoft Security Essentials and lets see how it goes

I'm sorry - I only gave one report because the incidences were back back. When the computer rebooted from the first BSOD, the BSOD happened again on the reboot. I had just started up my computer for the day.

McAfee? Okay. Never had a problem with them before but will do as you said.

Thanks for the help.

Im going by the one report, so its not definitive. If you get more BSODs, just post. In this case the more the better.
