    I have not had any problems since, but I may have problems in the future since I have not run many programs other than WoW and Firefox. I will reopen this if it happens again.

    Just got another one. It seems this one is usb related as well. Not sure if this is a faulty graphics card, which would make sense since I just got this one. All my other computer upgrades (cpu, ram, mobo) I got were from my brother, and had worked fine.

    Did all of those steps. I also flashed my motherboard's BIOS and it fixed one of the motherboard features (Turbo Unlocker), it may also have fixed other ones, since it fixed that.
